Refund Circumstances:
Payments made through our payment gateway as registration fees are non-refundable:
1. Technical Issues: If a transaction is disrupted due to technical glitches involving our platform, LEGAN, or the issuing bank, resulting in an incomplete transaction or duplicate charges for a single transaction.
2. Completed Work: Refunds will not be issued for completed work or services provided, including fees remitted to government authorities, such as taxes, filing fees, and professional charges. No refund will be entertained if the service is canceled due to a breach of the terms outlined in our Terms of Use.
3. GST Issues: No refunds will be processed if the GST number provided is incorrect or unavailable. It is the user’s responsibility to enter the correct GST number to avail the benefit of input credit on GST.
